Responsibilities

• Aid in daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Follow and implement personalized care plans and support strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings.
• Encourage and participate in community outings and social activities.
• Administer medications as needed and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and positive environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check.
