Direct Support Professional

We are a 245D licensed program providing services to individuals with mental illness, brain injuries, or substance use concerns. We operate 4-person group homes and individual apartment settings, offering rehabilitative residential services aimed at helping individuals reach their personal goals for independence.

Schedule

Various full-time and part-time positions available.

Pay

$17.00 hourly

Responsibilities

• Providing caregiver services to residents, including personal cares when appropriate and necessary
• Teaching and maintaining skills
• Cooking and feeding assistance
• Providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities
• Medication administration
• Participating in fun recreational activities with residents

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Willingness to assist with personal cares (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting)
• Valid US driver’s license
• Basic computer skills

Qualifications

• No degree required
• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• No prior experience necessary—full training provided
