Direct Support Professional at North End Ranch 3rd Shift- $1,000 Sign on Bonus*

About the role

North End Ranch is a residential home for individuals with developmental disabilities. Direct Support Professionals assist individuals in a variety of day-to-day tasks, such as but not limited to: transportation, medical management, dietary needs, personal care and more. This position will assist in planning and carrying out individual programs as well as implementing goals identified by the Individualized Service Agreement (ISA).

Responsibilities

• Assists individuals in a variety of day-to-day tasks, such as but not limited to: transportation, medical management, dietary needs, personal care and more.
• Affirmatively implements goals identified by the Individualized Service Agreement (ISA).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with individuals with a developmental disability preferred but not required.
• Flexibility, dependability, and ability to work independently.
• Able to communicate directly, respectfully, and clearly.
• Experience working with individuals with a developmental disability desired.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 3rd shift full time from 9:45pm-6:15am.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation with personal automobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandated by the State of Vermont.
• *Successful completion of a criminal history background check after hire.
