Direct Support Professional

About the role

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team. Our DSPs provide support and guidance to people served as they learn and develop important daily living skills and life activities.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where people can learn, grow and discover
• Help people identify and achieve their goals
• Maintain the comfort and safety of the people we serve
• Assist with general housekeeping, meal preparation and laundry duties

Requirements

• A passion for helping others
• An effective, clear communicator (both written and verbal)
• Practically always on time (or early) and strives to exceed expectations
• Excellent time management skills
• Willingness to do whatever it takes and does not say "That's not my job"
• A strong commitment to Mosaic values

Qualifications

• No experience or educational requirements needed
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid U.S. driver's license required, where applicable
