Direct Support Professional

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in a home health aide setting, or school setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Must have a desire to help others reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications

• Pay rate: $15.61 per hour.
• Shift available: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, 10:00pm - 8:00am.

Skills

• Ability to provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills.
• Provide community support, transportation.
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained).
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs.

Pay

• $15.61 per hour.
