Responsibilities

• Create long-term impacts on individuals' lives
• Encourage, mentor, and coach others to achieve their goals
• Enjoy working with individuals in various settings
• Work on social and communication skills
• Teach daily living activities such as personal care, housekeeping, and laundry
• Assist with daily and personal activities to enhance independence

Requirements

• No experience required - PAID training provided
• Earn $19.00/hour with the option for Enhanced Pay
• A strong desire to make a difference in individuals' lives
• Ability to follow Individual Support Plans
