The ideal candidate must be 18 years old. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and related experience is helpful. A valid driver's license is required.

Direct Support Professional
Location: Crafton, PA
Pay Rate: Up to $19.00/hour with the option to earn up to $19/hour through enhanced pay.
Shifts Available: Evenings, Overnights, and Weekends
Position Details
The Direct Support Professional provides direct, individualized care to residents in a residential setting. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care
- Implementing treatment and behavior plans
- Supporting recreational and community activities
- Documenting resident progress
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team
- Maintaining residents' living spaces
- Transporting residents to community activities
- Participating in ongoing training and staff meetings
