Direct Support Professional

About the role

We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team at our program in Aliquippa, PA. This is an immediate opportunity for those who want to make a difference in the lives of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Create long-term impacts on individuals' lives
• Encourage, mentor, and coach others to achieve their goals
• Work in various settings to make memories with individuals
• Follow the Individuals Support Plan to engage in activities like the park and sensory gardens
• Teach individuals daily living activities such as personal care, housekeeping, and laundry
• Assist individuals with daily and personal activities to enhance their independence

Requirements

• Current valid Driver’s license
• Related experience is helpful but not required

Qualifications

• No experience required - we provide paid training
• Earn a minimum of $18.00/hour with the option for enhanced pay
