What You Need
- A High School Diploma or GED
- A valid and current U.S. driver’s license (1+ year of licensed driving experience)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Caregiver experience preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
What You’ll Do
- Support individuals in achieving their personal goals through daily activities, group sessions, and community outings
- Encourage participation in skill development areas such as communication, socialization, recreation, and vocational readiness
- Promote independence and self-advocacy in a supportive, respectful, and empowering environment
- Assist with personal care needs when necessary (meals, hygiene, mobility)
- Collaborate with program staff, therapists, and families to ensure meaningful and individualized support
