About the role

The role involves providing direct support services to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on daily living skills, socialization, and health maintenance.

Responsibilities

Assist individuals in activities of daily living
Facilitate social interactions and community integration
Maintain health records and assist with medication management
Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Ability to pass a background check and criminal history review

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities

Skills

Basic computer literacy
Knowledge of disability-specific resources and services
