About the role

The role involves providing direct support services to individuals with disabilities, focusing on daily living activities, socialization, and health management.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in performing basic daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Facilitate social interactions and community integration for the individuals served.
• Monitor and record health-related data and report progress to supervisors.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Pass a background check and criminal history review.
