About the role

LifeStream is one of the area’s largest employers offering various shifts including day, evening, and overnight. Hourly rates start at $19.50-$20.50 with a $1/hour weekend differential.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in creating meaningful opportunities to fully participate in the running of their home and community life.
• Reflect an environment that values respect, dignity, and privacy.
• Recognize the unique gifts, preferences, and needs of each person supported and partner with them in making informed decisions and everyday choices.
• Avoids activities that do not align with the individual's choices.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must attend LifeStream orientation and training once hired.
• Access to a vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required.
• A high school diploma or GED is sufficient.
