What You'll Do

• In-Home Assistance: Help clients with daily activities like preparing meals, cleaning, dressing, grooming, laundry, monitoring vital signs, bathing, toileting, technology, and other basic activities.
• Companionship: Join clients in games, arts and crafts, and attend events like appointments, grocery shopping, and running errands.
• Community Building: Communicate with families and other staff about concerns or challenges to create a safe and positive living situation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain prior to employment
• Access to insured and reliable transportation
• Recognition of the needs of others and the ability to build relationships with people from different backgrounds
• Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to work evenings and weekends
• Dedication to professional development and organizational and state-required training
