Responsibilities
- Work with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
- Aim to assist people in realizing their full potential.
- Help people become integrated and engaged in their community.
- Assist with everyday activities and support them in improving their health, safety, and wellbeing.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to pass our paid training in CPR, First Aid and DSP orientation within 30 days of employment.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
- Satisfactory Driving Record with no negative points balance.
- Must have a "clean driving record" due to driving requirements.

- Must have a responsible work ethic and good communication skills.
- Must be compassionate and caring.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of disability-related issues and resources.
