About the role

Damar is a mission-driven organization providing behavioral health and I/DD services since 1967. We seek passionate Direct Support Professionals to care for adult clients in Damar Villages.

Responsibilities

• Client supervision and care
• Crisis management
• Promoting appropriate social behaviors
• Supporting clients in achieving their maximum potential

Requirements

• At least 18 years old for Community Living and Support Services
• Formal proof of high school diploma or GED
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and good driving record
• No felony convictions or substantiated charges of neglect
• Successfully completed a pre-employment physical
