Position Duties
- Visiting clients in their homes and helping them maintain their independence.
- Provide Direct Support to Clients: supporting the client in individualized goals, including personal care tasks such as helping client get in and out of bed, assisting with bathing/showering, and making sure their home is clean and safe.
- Building relationships with your clients and reporting any concerns to the Designated Coordinator.
- Supporting community engagement by attending community events, etc.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation.
- Comfortable visiting clients in their home.
- Willing to provide transportation if necessary, must hold valid DL and current insurance.
