Direct Support Professional

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan for the member and report on completed tasks.
• Aid in personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, etc.
• Support routine housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Transport members to appointments, daily errands, and other locations as necessary.
• Aid in the self-administration of medications (no administering or measuring).
• Monitor and report any changes in the member's condition.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED, and one year of in-home care services experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation, including a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated, and well-organized.
• Comfortable using an electronic device.

Pay

Hourly pay range now up to $15.75/HR!
