Responsibilities
- Follow a care plan for the member and report on completed tasks.
- Aid in personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, etc.
- Support routine housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Transport members to appointments, daily errands, and other locations as necessary.
- Assist with the self-administration of medications (no administering or measuring).
- Monitor and report any changes in the member's condition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, and one year of in-home care services experience.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Reliable transportation, including a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and follow written/verbal instructions.
- Good communication skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and well-organized.
- Comfortable using an electronic device.
