Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living

- Any other necessary job duties to meet the needs and improve the quality of life for the individuals we serve
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals
- A demonstrated customer-service approach to work
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to self-motivate and effectively manage time and shift priorities
- Able to effectively communicate with the resident
- Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English
