Pay
$17 to $21 an hour plus a $500 sign-on bonus.
About the role
Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. You will help with daily living activities and encourage them to reach their goals and live fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and household chores.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Run errands and accompany individuals to appointments or community activities.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings.
