Direct Support Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Valid Driver's license for at least one year (post-permit) and a clean Motor Vehicle Registration record that meets Sevita's insurability policy
• Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Pay

$18.57 an hour

Schedule

• Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Every other Saturday / Sunday: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
