About the role

Make a meaningful impact by providing companionship and support to patients and families during life’s most important moments. Volunteers serve in home care, respite, inpatient, or bereavement settings, offering comfort and assistance tailored to each situation.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families
• Assist with light housekeeping, errands, and respite care for caregivers
• Answer phones and assemble informational packets
• Participate in sitting vigil when needed
