About the role
A dedicated caregiver who implements program intervention strategies, conducts individual and group therapy sessions, and ensures participant safety.
Responsibilities
- Deliver services in community and home settings
- Prepare equipment and materials for developmental interventions
- Provide transportation as needed
- Adhere to policies and procedures
- Document activities accurately
- Assist with activities of daily living and physical support
- Monitor non-verbal cues and behavior
- Participate in ongoing training and review meetings
- Follow safety and operational standards
Requirements
- Valid Idaho Driver’s License
- Safe driving record
- Physical ability to assist participants
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, and Medication Assistance
- At least 18 years old
- High School diploma or GED
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Experience with traumatic brain injuries or disabilities
- Behavior management skills
- Prior nursing home or assisted living experience
Schedule
Full-time shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
