Direct Service Respite Provider (DSRP)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Provide individual support to children based on the Respite Plan.
• Aid children with positive behavior and well-being while in their care.
• Exercise good judgment.
• Offer services as scheduled.
• Complete Respite Daily Logs in accordance to program procedures and submit within 24 hours.
• Adhere to the agency's clinical, administrative, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Attend all scheduled supervisions, meetings, and trainings as assigned by supervisor and/or director.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background checks including DMV, CPS, APS, and Criminal checks.
