About the role
This is a performance-driven outside sales position where your income is directly tied to your work ethic. You’ll be the face of All U Need Pest Control in the community, introducing professional pest control solutions, building trust, and closing service agreements. Full training, sales scripts, product knowledge, and ongoing coaching are provided—no prior pest control experience required.
Responsibilities
- Prospect homeowners in assigned neighborhoods
- Deliver confident, professional sales presentations
- Customize solutions based on customer needs
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Enter activity and sales into our CRM
- Attend training, meetings, and coaching sessions
- Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Drive to hit goals and earn more
- Ability to work independently
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with 5+ years driving history
Pay
Top Outside Sales Representatives consistently earn $65,000–$150,000+ per year through base pay, uncapped commissions, and monthly performance bonuses.
