About the Role

As a Direct Sales Agent Specialist at Direct Auto Insurance (an Allstate business), you will drive profitable growth and achieve business goals by selling new auto, life, auto club, and roadside assistance policies. You’ll build rapport with walk-in customers, generate leads through outbound calls and community outreach, and retain your book of business. Responsibilities

• Sell insurance and ancillary products to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Cross-sell and retain existing customers to grow your book of business.
• Leverage community contacts (natural market, car dealerships, local events, organizations) to build referral sources.
• Initiate outbound calls to target customers for product offerings.
• Monitor local competitors and suggest initiatives to improve market position.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute marketing and sales processes.
• Deliver results within key metrics (quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, financial performance).
• Stay current on company underwriting guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Process customer payments, issue receipts, and verify cash drawer reports.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license preferred; must obtain within 90 days if not already licensed.

Pay

Base compensation: $20.00 per hour. Total compensation includes uncapped monthly incentives (commissions and bonuses) based on individual and team performance.
