About the role
As a Direct Sales Agent Specialist, you will drive profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining a strong book of business. You will sell to local customers both in person and over the phone, driving growth through community involvement, relationship building, and outside marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
- Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth
- Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
- Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
- Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
- Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations
Qualifications

Pay
Base compensation: $20.00 per hour. Total compensation includes uncapped monthly incentive pay, such as commissions and bonuses, based on individual and team performance.
Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse. Eligible remote employees receive a monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset internet costs.
