The Direct Sales Agent Specialist role involves driving profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling, and building long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
- Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth
- Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
- Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
- Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
- Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations
Qualifications
- 0 – 2 years of experience in P&C licensing (preferred)

Compensation
- Base compensation: $20.00 per hour
