Direct Sale Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely program implementation.
  • Conduct proactive customer business reviews with operational recommendations.
  • Establish the adoption to Shop myCintas, increase account maximization and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage strategic catalog customer relationships within top 250; coordinate account team efforts to ensure strategic relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Sell new apparel programs to mid-size and corporate account customers to achieve new business targets over a geographical area.
  • Possess valid and active driver’s license required.
  • Prospect potential direct sale customers within geographical area through research, networking, collaborating with uniform and enterprise partners to identify where direct sale solutions would work well.
  • Conduct annual product line review with top 250 customers. Identify new products to replace discontinued, low selling and or low margin products.
  • Conduct a semi-annual business review with top 250 customers. Review product sales, Shop myCintas utilization, shipment lead-times, and overall customer experience enhancements.
  • Drive gross margin growth with top 250 customers.
  • Implement annual price increases with top 250 customers as required.

Requirements

  • Meet or exceed established sales goals, including but not limited to adoption to Essential Product and Shop myCintas.
  • Valid and active driver’s license required.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in a related field required.
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
