The Direct Response Media Buyer
We're looking for a Direct Response Media Buyer who understands how to acquire customers profitably, scale winning campaigns aggressively, and think beyond the ad account. You'll own paid acquisition across both VSL and PDP funnels, helping drive growth through Meta, Google, and emerging channels while working closely with our team to develop winning hooks, angles, and offers. You'll have the freedom to test, move quickly, and make decisions that directly impact revenue.
This is a role for someone who gets excited about finding the next winning creative, scaling spend profitably, and beating yesterday's numbers.
You'll Own
Paid Media Strategy & Scaling - Own campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling across Meta and Google.
Manage budgets with a relentless focus on profitability, customer acquisition, and sustainable growth.
Identify new opportunities, audiences, offers, and acquisition channels before competitors do.
Creative Performance & Testing
You'll work closely with creative teams to identify winning hooks, messaging, angles, and concepts based on performance data.
You'll help shape the creative roadmap, provide clear feedback, and ensure our testing velocity stays high.
VSL & PDP Funnel Performance
Analyze every stage of the customer journey—from click to conversion.
Review landing pages, VSLs, product pages, checkout flows, upsells, and retention opportunities to identify bottlenecks and unlock growth.
Data, Analytics & Decision Making
Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, AOV, CVR, MER, and LTV.
Build insights, identify trends, and make confident decisions based on numbers—not guesswork.
Competitive Research & Market Intelligence
Study competitors obsessively.
Track market trends, creative patterns, offer strategies, and emerging opportunities that can help us gain an edge.
You're a Fit If...
You've worked for eCom brands in the health & wellness and supplements space, either direct for a brand or through an agency.
You've worked with and successfully scaled direct response funnels, including VSLs, PDPs, advertorials, quizzes, or similar customer acquisition models.
You've personally managed at least $50,000 per month in ad spend across Meta and/or Google.
You understand that great creative drives performance and actively contribute to creative strategy.
You know how to scale campaigns while maintaining profitability.
You're highly analytical and comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
You can identify whether a problem is creative, audience, offer, funnel, or conversion related.
You don't panic when performance fluctuates—you investigate, adapt, and solve.
You constantly study competitors, trends, and winning campaigns.
You care more about results than titles.
You thrive in a fast-moving environment where speed matters.
