Direct Hire- Technical Designer- Onsite- Los Angeles

Job Description The Technical Designer will lead the technical design process from initial concept through production, ensuring each style meets fit, construction, quality, and measurement standards. What You’ll Do Lead technical design across Men’s, Women’s, and Kids categories. Create and maintain detailed tech packs, specifications, and fit comments. Lead fit sessions and provide clear direction to internal teams and external vendors. Partner with Design, Product Development, Production, and Sourcing to resolve construction and fit issues. Manage development timelines and maintain consistency across styles and categories. Lead and mentor the technical design team while improving processes and workflows. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of technical design experience in apparel, fashion, or a related field. Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, measurements, specifications, and quality standards. Experience working across Men’s, Women’s, and/or Kids apparel categories. Proven leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Advanced proficiency with technical design tools, including CAD, PLM, and digital pattern-making systems. A detail-oriented, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Fashion Design, Technical Design, Product Development, or equivalent experience.
