About the role
We are currently hiring full-time Direct Care Workers for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts in Genesee County.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities
- Absorb daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Upholding resident rights by fostering an environment of dignity, respect, and privacy
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Pass a background test
