We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No metadata like Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, scam warnings, navigation, cookie, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "It's a great feeling to work for a company that does so much good for others around the world! Make a difference every day with an organization dedicated to doing good and caring for others. Compass Connections believes every child deserves to have a place where they feel safe and loved. Our organization offers emergency shelter and group home placement for children while we work to reunite them with family. We know the sooner family reunification is accomplished; the sooner children can safely integrate into the community and thrive. We are now hiring compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team at our East El Paso Shelter in El Paso, Texas." - "ALL Benefits Available On The First Day Of Employment. 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision insurance Retirement plan options Additional employer sponsored benefits available Ask your recruiter for a complete overview of the benefits available to you." - "Hourly Rate: $23.26 per hour." - "Language Requirement: Fluency in English and Spanish is required." - "Academic Requirements: Required – High school diploma, or equivalent; Preferred – 2-year associate degree from accredited program/institution, or two or more years of college-level course work in a related human services field" - "Certifications: First aid, CPR, Emergency behavior intervention" - "Work experience: Required – 1-year employment experience in the child welfare field working with children and/or adolescents in a social service setting and/or training in a related human services field; Preferred - 2 plus years’ related experience and/or training in a related human services field" - "Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables:" then a long list of duties. - "Other Responsibilities:" then more duties. - "Requirements:" then list: Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment. Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request. Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks. Demonstrate the ability to: ... (list). Also "Compass Connections is committed to following immunization recommendations produced by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC). As such, our company policy requires that all employees must receive an annual Influenza vaccination or obtain an approved exemption as a medical or religious accommodation. This is a condition of employment, and all new hires will be responsible for providing proof." - Then "English (United States)" maybe language. - Then "If you like to work with people that believe they can make a difference in the world, this is the company for you!" (maybe fluff, but could be part of About the role.) - Then EEO statement etc (remove). - Then "Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time." (maybe part of Requirements? Could be included but it's about work authorization; we can include under Requirements as a bullet.) - Then "Level" (maybe leftover, ignore). We need to decide sections. Potential sections: - About the role (intro paragraph about mission, location, etc.) - Responsibilities (the Critical Action Items & Measurable Deliverables + Other Responsibilities combined maybe) - Requirements (Academic Requirements, Certifications, Work experience, plus other requirements like drug screen, background check, immunization, work auth, language requirement? Language requirement could be under Skills or Requirements.) - Qualifications (maybe combine with Requirements? But we need to follow instruction: use headings for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide which to use. We have Benefits: "ALL Benefits Available On The First Day Of Employment. 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision insurance Retirement plan options Additional employer sponsored benefits available Ask your recruiter for a complete overview of the benefits available to you." We have Pay: "Hourly Rate: $23.26 per hour." We have Schedule: maybe not explicit; there is mention "Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed or requested by position supervisor." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that. We have Skills: maybe language requirement, computer literacy, etc. Could be under Skills. We have Qualifications: maybe academic requirements, certifications, experience. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title. We must not include boilerplate: EEO, legal, scam warnings, navigation, cookie, duplicated lines. Remove "English (United States)" maybe it's just language but we already have language requirement.
