We are currently recruiting for a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to reliably serve patients in the following counties: Nassau, Duval, Baker, St. John's, Clay, Flagler, & Volusia in BAYADA’s Assistive Care Division.

Pay

$16–$18 per hour

Responsibilities

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care services, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support such as light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Assist with range of motion/exercises and ambulation, including transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
• Deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Requirements

• 1 year of verifiable work experience.
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Current Level II Background Check.
