About the role

Join our team at The Minute Man Arc for Human Services Inc as a Full Time Direct Support Staff in our Adult Residential program. In this Onsite role located in Concord, MA, you'll have the chance to support individuals with disabilities, engage in fun activities, and create a positive impact every single day.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and household chores.
• Provide emotional support and foster independence.
• Create a fun and nurturing environment for our residents.
• Navigate various situations with problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Engage in activities and cater to individual needs.
• Work well in a team, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
