About the role

Full Time Direct Support Staff in the Adult Residential program at Minute Man Arc for Human Services Inc. Onsite role located in Concord, MA, with weekend shifts also available at Stow, MA, Maynard, MA, Littleton, MA, and Sudbury, MA. Support individuals with disabilities, engage in fun activities, and create a positive impact daily.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and household chores.
• Provide emotional support and foster independence.
• Create a fun and nurturing environment for residents.
• Engage with residents through activities and meaningful interactions.
• Ensure the well‑being and happiness of those supported.
