Main Responsibilities
- Provide care and maintain a safe environment for children in the group home
- Direct interactions, including behavioral management and facilitating therapeutic, recreational, and social life skills
- Transport clients to school, work, visits, or other activities using a Ford Transit
- Cook from scratch according to a menu, clean throughout the shift to ensure the group home is ready, and deescalate conflicts and crises
- Handle multiple forms of paperwork daily
- Have a working phone and basic understanding of technology
Qualifications
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Able to work as part of a team
- Sound judgment and enjoyment of working with teenagers
