Direct Care Staff

About the Role

Casa Grande Academy is a 32-bed residential treatment program serving youth with behavioral health and substance use disorders. As a Direct Care Staff and Youth Counselor, you will work in a trauma-informed treatment setting to promote recovery and resiliency for life-changing success.

Responsibilities

• Maintains oral and written communication with staff, clients, and others as requested.
• Plans with the Milieu Manager and carries out scheduled groups with clients; directs youth counselors in completing required documentation for those groups.
• Meets weekly with teammates in team meetings and attends all clinical supervision trainings bi-weekly.
• Helps clients set daily goals and supports them through their program.
• Responsible for daily documentation of clients and specific reports pertaining to clients, including SOAP completion and accuracy.
• Ensures the clinical chart condition is maintained with accuracy and substance.
• Assists with note-taking for clinical supervisions and staff meetings.
• Performs additional duties as determined by the Shift Supervisors and Milieu Manager.

Schedule

Shifts available: 3pm–11pm, 11pm–7am, including weekdays and weekends.
