About The Role As a Direct Care Staff member, you’ll be the heartbeat of our residential program — the one who brings calm to chaos, structure to uncertainty, and compassion to moments of crisis. You’ll walk alongside adults navigating psychiatric and co-occurring disorders, helping them build safety, confidence, and purpose one step at a time. What You’ll Do Support clients through their daily routines with consistency, patience, and empathyModel accountability and integrity — helping clients practice real-world skills and boundariesProvide transportation, assist with appointments, and promote safety and engagementObserve, document, and communicate behavioral patterns to the treatment teamFoster connection through encouragement, structure, and presenceHelp maintain a safe, therapeutic environment where everyone is treated with dignity and respect What We Offer Pay: $24.00/hr + $1,000 to $3,000 sign-on bonus Sign-on bonus amount based on experience within Psychiatrics.
