About the role
CBI is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona, Oklahoma, and the District of Columbia. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the admission and orientation of participants of the program.
- Ongoing monitoring of each patient in the voluntary and involuntary facility.
- Discharge responsibilities.
Requirements
- Must be a BHT or have EMT certification.
- Must have a clear 39-month MVR record and must be able to present report at time of interview.
- Must have a level one fingerprint clearance card.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Behavioral health/substance abuse experience is a plus.

- MUST HAVE A CLEAR 39-MONTH MVR RECORD AND MUST BE ABLE TO PRESENT REPORT AT TIME OF INTERVIEW.

- MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE.
