Pay Rate: $21.00/hour, increasing to $22.00/hour after one year of benefit-eligible employment.

Schedule

• Saturday: 9am–7pm
• Monday: 3pm–9pm
• Tuesday: 3pm–11pm
• Thursday: 3pm–11pm

Additional part-time, full-time, relief/per diem, and 2nd/3rd shifts are available. Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River, and surrounding areas.

About the Role

Direct Care Professionals are part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. You will assist with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution

Community outings provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy activities such as movies, shopping, dining out, baseball games, and bowling.

Requirements

• Compassionate personality with a desire to make a difference in someone’s life
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license and use of your personal vehicle
• TB screening and physical required upon hire, with TB updates every two years
