Direct Care Professional- Full-time

Job Duties

• Meditation Monitoring
• Assistance in client homes (on site) with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Driving clients to appointments/activities in an agency vehicle (SUV/ truck)
• General property/household chores
• Ability to complete documentation on the computer (electronic medical record)
• Provide human services assistance and advocacy for our clients living with chronic mental health disorders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pass Initial Screening, PA Criminal, and Motor Vehicle Clearances
• Physically able to complete CPR/First Aid and Safe Crisis Management Training
• Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
