Pay

$21.00/hour; $22.00/hour after one year of benefit eligible employment.

Schedule

Part-time, full-time, and relief/per diem positions available on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

What does the job entail?

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution

Community outings

As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples include movies, shopping, going to dinner, baseball games, and bowling.

What do I need to join the team?

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone's life
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver's license; use of your personal vehicle
• A TB screening and physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
