About the role

Tomorrow's Hope is looking for a Direct Support Professional to join our Supported Living team. You'll play an important role in helping adults with developmental disabilities live independently, safely, and confidently in their homes and communities.

What You'll Do

• Provide attentive support and care
• Assist with medications and medication accountability
• Encourage independence and help participants achieve personal goals
• Build meaningful relationships with the people we serve
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being throughout the shift
• Help maintain a comfortable, clean, and welcoming home environment
• Be a positive role model and advocate for participant rights

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be a high school graduate or have a GED
• Must satisfactorily complete a criminal background check

Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay: $17.75/hour for candidates with Assistance With Medications certification and good driving record.

Full-Time Schedule: Every other Wednesday 8 AM – 8 PM; Every Thursday, Friday & Saturday 8 AM – 8 PM.
