Responsibilities
- Bring your support, acceptance, and joy to share each day
- Provide direct care, individual-specific programming, and supervision to one or more assigned individuals from the I/DD population
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals while supporting their personal needs, recreation, and socialization activities to meet the goals and objectives of the Service Plan
- Play a valuable role in establishing and sustaining an individualized program focus with communication and relationship building with caregivers and family members
Requirements
- A High School Diploma with one year of experience working with I/DD population
- Within a designated period after hiring, must obtain and maintain certification in OPWDD Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR, and other certifications mandated by licensing agencies
- Valid NYS Driver’s License and ability to transport individuals to and from activities as assigned

Pay
Earn between $21.02 - $26.59 hourly (depending on education and experience)

Sunday - OFF
Monday - 1:30pm - 9:30pm
Tuesday - 1:30pm - 9:30pm
Wednesday - 1:30pm - 9:30pm
Thursday - 1:30pm - 9:30pm
Friday - 1:30pm - 9:30pm
Saturday - OFF
