Direct Care Aide - Taunton
Duties
- Assistance with personal care.
- Light housekeeping.
- Laundry, shopping.
- Meal prep, if needed.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- A sincere desire to assist members with their ADLs.
- Good communication skills.
Must Pass
- CORI (Comprehensive Offender Registration Information) check.
- CPS (Child Protective Services) background check.
Bilingual Preference
Bi-lingual English/Portuguese speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
About the Role
The program offers flexible shifts, daytime hours only, 7 days a week. Weekends and holidays have a differential pay. The team approach includes working with an RN and Social Worker/Case Manager. Starting pay is $21 per visit, with a differential of $2.50 on weekends and holidays. Experience in the healthcare field is preferred.
