We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail.
We need to include all details from each section.
Let's extract each.
About the role: The intro paragraph: "Looking for a role where your work truly matters? Join RTR and support individuals with developmental disabilities in living more independently and confidently at home and in their community. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team to provide hands-on care, guidance, and support that makes a real difference every day."
Also maybe include "Who You Are"? That's more about personal attributes; could be part of About the role or maybe separate but we don't have a heading for personal attributes. Could include in About the role as prose. But we need to decide.
Better to keep About the role as the introductory paragraph only. "Who You Are" could be part of Requirements? Actually it's about personal qualities; could be considered Requirements (soft skills). But we already have Requirements for qualifications. Might be better to include "Who You Are" under Requirements as a list? It's prose. Could be a
under Requirements.
But we need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include "Who You Are" somewhere.
We could create a section "About the role" that includes both intro and "Who You Are". Or we could have a separate section "Who You Are" but not in allowed headings. So we must fit into allowed headings.
Thus we can put "Who You Are" under About the role as a paragraph.
Responsibilities: include "What You’ll Do" list and "What To Expect" paragraph.
Requirements: include Qualifications list (education, driver's license, etc.) plus maybe "Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily..." etc. Also include language skills? Actually language skills is separate Skills.
But we also have "PHYSICAL DEMANDS" and "REASONING ABILITY". Those could be part of Requirements or Skills? They are more about physical demands and reasoning ability. Could be considered Requirements (job requirements). We'll include them under Requirements as prose paragraphs.
Skills: Language Skills list.
Benefits: the list under "Why You’ll Love Working Here".
Pay: include "$2,500 sign-on bonus for new full-time hires". Possibly also mention that it's a sign-on bonus. No salary.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present.
Now we need to ensure we don't repeat content.
Let's craft HTML.
