About the role

The Luce Hotel is seeking an experienced Director of Rooms to lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Concierge, and Telephone Services. This role oversees daily operations, staffing, training, budgets, and service standards while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient departmental performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, Concierge, and Telephone Services
• Oversee daily operations, staffing, training, and service standards

Requirements

• 5-10 years of hotel operations experience, including management
• Experience with hotel Property Management Systems
• Strong leadership, communication, budgeting, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred)
