About the role
This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a consumer-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with divisional leadership to implement pro-associate initiatives
- Recommend strategies to mitigate workplace disputes
- Analyze and report on labor union activity
- Provide actionable insights to improve associate engagement
- Design and deliver associated training programs
- Deliver overviews of workplace concerns affecting pro-associate initiatives
- Develop individualized labor relations interventions in collaboration with HR
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Labor Relations or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8 years as a Labor Relations Specialist in a unionized or non-unionized setting
- 8 years of advanced knowledge of labor and employee relations principles
- 8 years of understanding HR management programs and related policies
- Experience with dispute management and labor relations strategies
Pay
$100,000 – $130,000 annually
