About the role

The DIR - Assessment/Referral BH position at Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine is responsible for overseeing the assessment and referral processes within the behavioral health facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the assessment and referral processes to ensure timely and accurate evaluations.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement treatment plans based on assessments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
• Conduct regular reviews of patient records to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide guidance and training to clinical staff on best practices and new developments in behavioral health.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in behavioral health settings, preferably in a leadership capacity.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing behavioral health care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
